HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
- Due to the current global outbreak, shipping may be delayed, expect estimated delivery 7-15 business days for standard and free shipping, not including the processing time. (International shipping will have a longer time period, depending on location.)
- DHL estimated delivery is 5-10 business days. *faster shipping*
- SHIPPING FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE
PROCESSING TIME: When Will My Order Ship?
- The processing time for shipping is 3-7 business days (preparing items). Please expect delays for your safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is outside of our control.
- Fashion Closet Clothing is NOT responsible for any potential delays after items have been shipped as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with weather and package origin and destination.
- For Custom orders, such as pieces of jewelry, shipping may have longer wait time before being shipped since it is being crafted with love.
- Most shipping companies are following strict guidelines to ensure packages are safe before delivery.
If you are ordering from our "Sale Item" collection, your processing time is 2 business day or less. It should ship from our facility within 24 hours, and you will receive it within 2-5 business days (depending on your location).
Any purchase (sale Collection only) made past 5pm (EST) will begin processing on the next business day.For credit/ debit card payments billing and shipping address must match as well as CVV number.
Please make sure all shipping information is correct before checking out. WE WILL NOT CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESSES AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED.
Any purchase above $600.00 USD, will require identification before order is process within 72 hours or a refund with be issued.
Please understand that our packages are shipped via our Fulfillment Center, tracking information will not be available right away. The tracking number will be received 2 - 5 days later after your package has been shipped. We will notify you once your package has shipped.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not yet received it, you must contact the delivery carrier (usually USPS) to address the issue directly with them. Fashion Closet Clothing does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as DELIVERED by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or store credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Also, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
After you receive shipping confirmation from us; all questions regarding delivery must be directed to carrier USPS/UPS/DHL.
Please note that if your order includes multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock or unavailable at the time to ship, we may ship the items that are available first and we will wait to ship the remaining items or issue you a store credit if the wait time is too long.
Also, you will be given the option of a refund, or store credit if your item is out of stock. FOR EXHANGES PLEASE RETURN ITEM SO YOU MAY RECEIVE A REFUND AND PLACE ANOTHER ORDER FOR THE CORRECT ITEM. (SHIPPING FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE)
NOTE: Multiple carriers are warning about delays at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order and please allow up to 3 - 7 business days for your tracking number to be updated with new information.

Need to make changes ?
You only have 15 minutes to change or cancel any order. If your order has been confirmed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please make sure the order you are choosing has the items you truly want including size and color.
INSUFFICIENT/UNABLE TO DELIVER
- You must entered the correct address upon placing an order
- Addresses cannot and will not be changed.
- Any packages that aren't delivered due to insufficient address will not be given a refund
- Any packages that aren't delivered, and says it is being kept at the Post Office or Return To Sender will not be given a refund.
- Keep track of your package by tracking the tracking number that was provided to you. We are not responsible to track packages.
- We cannot give you an update of your package after a tracking has been provided to you.
- The tracking number should have all the updates of where your package is.
- Please contact us via email@example.com regarding returns.
- YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY, Otherwise you will not be eligible for a return/refund. if you choose to contact us 5+ days later.

DEMAND TO CANCEL OR A FULL REFUND WHILE YOUR PACKAGE IS ON THE WAY?
- Please note: Customers only can cancel their orders within 15 minutes after the order was placed.
- You will have to receive the package and send it back to begin a refund process
- Shipping fee is nonrefundable
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee
- Due to Covid-19 a 15% Hazard Restock fee will be deducted from a successful return and refund.

- Fashion Closet Clothing inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise are minimized. Again, damaged items are minimized. If you received any damage merchandise/returns, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS, you will not be eligible for a new item nor store credit if you choose to contact us 2+ days later.
- Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
- FASHION CLOSET CLOTHING MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY DATE AND TIME TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN.
