Changes and Cancellations:
- Customers are allowed to make changes or cancel their order within 15 minutes of placing the order.
- Once the order has been confirmed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
- Please ensure that the order you select has the correct items, sizes, and colors.
Insufficient/Unable to Deliver:
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order.
- We are unable to change the address once the order has been confirmed.
- Any packages that are not delivered due to an insufficient address will not be refunded.
- Additionally, packages that are kept at the Post Office or returned to sender will incur a 15% Restocking Fee.
- Customers are responsible for tracking their package by using the tracking number provided to them.
- We are not responsible for tracking packages or providing updates once a tracking number has been provided.

Final Sale Policy: Once ordered, the production of your dress will take 15-20 business days. If you can't wait, please refrain from purchasing. We appreciate your understanding.
Your package will be shipped after the production is completed via the standard shipping method you select at checkout. Whether you choose DHL or standard shipping, please be aware that the product is made to order and will be shipped upon completion.
Standard delivery usually takes 7-15 business days after shipping, while DHL shipping is faster at 5-10 business days. No refunds are available during the production stage, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied otherwise.
Rhinestone and Mesh Products: Handle these items delicately. Do not pull on the bodysuit. Please be aware that our policy explicitly warns against mishandling these items, and we won't issue refunds or exchanges if they tear. Crafting these items involves significant time and effort.
