-Sizes will be made after order is placed, which will take 15-20 business days in production. Thanks for your understanding.  

 

The standard estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days after the package is shipped from our fulfillment center. You have the option to select faster shipping methods like DHL, and your product will be shipped according to your chosen option after the production is completed.

Please be aware that our policy must be acknowledged and accepted when placing an order. Once a product is in production, we cannot provide a refund. If you decide to cancel an order during this phase, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Note: It's essential to handle products made with rhinestones and mesh delicately and avoid pulling on them. You are informed of this when placing an order in this collection, and therefore, refunds or exchanges cannot be granted for items that tear. If you disagree with our policy, we kindly ask that you refrain from making a purchase, as a significant amount of time and effort is invested in crafting these products.

Gemstones may become detached during shipping, but this can be readily addressed by applying fabric glue.
