Estimated number of business days it takes until you receive your order after placing it on the website. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order.

Processing Time: When Will My Order Ship?

  • The processing time for shipping is 3 - 5 business days while items are being prepared. Fashion Closet Clothing is not responsible for potential delays after items have shipped, as carrier delays may vary due to weather, package origin, destination, or other carrier-related issues.
  • For custom orders, such as pieces of jewelry, shipping may take longer before being shipped since the item is being crafted.
  • Most shipping companies follow strict guidelines to help ensure packages are safe before delivery.
  • If you are ordering from our Sale Item collection, processing time is 2 business days or less. Sale items typically ship from our facility within 24 hours and are usually delivered within 2 - 5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Any purchase from the Sale Item collection made after 5 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Information

  • For credit or debit card payments, the billing and shipping address must match, and the CVV number must be correct.
  • Please make sure all shipping information is correct before checking out. We will not change shipping addresses after an order is placed.
  • If you live in a building or apartment, please add your building and/or apartment number.
  • Fashion Closet Clothing is not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. If the package is returned as non-deliverable, we may issue store credit for the net price of your item(s), minus the shipping charge.
  • If you want your package reshipped, you will need to pay a reshipment fee.
  • We only ship to the address entered during checkout.

Any purchase above $500.00 USD will require identification before the order is processed. Identification must be provided within 72 hours, or a refund may be issued.

Tracking Information

  • Please understand that our packages are shipped through our fulfillment center, so tracking information may not be available right away.
  • Tracking numbers are typically received 2 - 5 days after your package has shipped. We will notify you once your package has shipped.
  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier directly to address the issue.
  • Fashion Closet Clothing does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • We do not issue refunds or store credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered without written confirmation from the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • After you receive shipping confirmation from us, all delivery questions must be directed to the shipping carrier.

Items Out of Stock

  • If your order includes multiple items and one or more items are out of stock or unavailable at the time of shipping, available items may ship first.
  • We may wait to ship the remaining items or offer store credit if the wait time is too long. You may also be given the option of a refund or store credit if your item is out of stock.
  • For exchanges, please return the item so you may receive a refund and place another order for the correct item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delays and Appreciation

  • Please be aware that due to circumstances beyond our control, carriers may experience delays.
  • We kindly ask for your patience and understanding if your order experiences any delays.
  • Please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for your tracking number to update with new information.
  • We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation.
