- Failure to contact us within 5 days of delivery will result in the inability to return or refund the item.
- We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges. At this time, we are not accepting exchanges.
- Customers must receive their package and send it back to us to initiate the refund process.
- The shipping fee is nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
- A 15% Hazard Restock fee will be deducted from successful returns and refunds.

Worn or Smoke Items:
