Insufficient/Unable to Deliver:
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order.
- We are unable to change the address once the order has been confirmed.
- Any packages that are not delivered due to an insufficient address will not be refunded.
- Additionally, packages that are kept at the Post Office or returned to sender will incur a 15% Restocking Fee.
