Changes and Cancellations:
- Customers are allowed to make changes or cancel their order within 15 minutes of placing the order.
- Once the order has been confirmed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
- Please ensure that the order you select has the correct items, sizes, and colors.
Insufficient/Unable to Deliver:
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order.
- We are unable to change the address once the order has been confirmed.
- Any packages that are not delivered due to an insufficient address will not be refunded.
- Additionally, packages that are kept at the Post Office or returned to sender will incurr a 15% Restocking Fee.
- Customers are responsible for tracking their package by using the tracking number provided to them.
- We are not responsible for tracking packages or providing updates once a tracking number has been provided.
