Thank you for shopping at Fashion Closet Clothing. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please take the time to read our Return and Refund Policy.
Changes and Cancellations:
- Customers are allowed to make changes or cancel their order within 15 minutes of placing the order.
- Once the order has been confirmed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
- Please ensure that the order you select has the correct items, sizes, and colors.
Insufficient/Unable to Deliver:
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order.
- We are unable to change the address once the order has been confirmed.
- Any packages that are not delivered due to an insufficient address will not be refunded.
- Additionally, packages that are kept at the Post Office or returned to sender will incur a 15% Restocking Fee.
- Customers are responsible for tracking their package by using the tracking number provided to them.
- We are not responsible for tracking packages or providing updates once a tracking number has been provided.

Sizes will be made after the order is placed, which will take 15-20 business days in production. Thanks for your understanding.
Your package will be shipped after the production is complete via the standard shipping you choose for your order. Whether you choose DHL or standard shipping, the product is still made to order, it'll be in production and will be shipped when it is complete.
The standard estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days once the package is shipped via our fulfillment center, and DHL shipping is 5-10 business days. Please read upon ordering. A refund will not be given while the package is in production. Otherwise, a restocking of %15 will be applied. No Exception.
