How Long Is Shipping?

Estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order after placing it on the website. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order.

Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Fashion Closet Clothing. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please take the time to read our Return and Refund Policy.

Changes and Cancellations:

• Customers are allowed to make changes or cancel their order within 15 minutes of placing the order.
• Once the order has been confirmed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
• Please ensure that the order you select has the correct items, sizes, and colors.

Insufficient/Unable to Deliver:

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order.
• We are unable to change the address once the order has been confirmed.
• Any packages that are not delivered due to an insufficient address will not be refunded.
• Additionally, packages that are kept at the Post Office or returned to sender will incur a 15% Restocking Fee.
• Customers are responsible for tracking their package by using the tracking number provided to them.
• We are not responsible for tracking packages or providing updates once a tracking number has been provided.
